The Chinese martial art of Wing Chun offers not only an effective system for self-defense, but also has benefits in many other areas, such as increasing self-confidence, improving physical fitness, deepening relaxation, concentration and coordination, for anyone regardless of age, gender and constitution.

Ving Tsun Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art focusing on real defense. Unlike other martial arts, Ving Tsun utilizes all aspects of fighting such as fist strikes, palm strikes, elbows, kicks, grabs and takedowns. Ving Tsun also focuses on ground fighting, fighting against armed attackers, and fighting against multiple attackers.

We teach the traditional Japanese martial art of drawing the sword quickly and achieving a quick victory over the opponent Takeda Ryu Iaido. The main disciplines of this school are Aiki ju jutsu, Iaido, Ken jutsu, Jodo, Ju-Kempo and Shuriken-jutsu.

We operate a martial arts school. We offer classes in conditioning boxing, MMA, Brazilian JIU-JITSU, kettlebell, open mat and gymnastics.

VING TSUN is a very effective real self-defense system with origins in China. We also teach the effective fighting style of ESCRIMA where you will learn to wield a knife, telescopic baton, pole, machetes and other weapons. In the SECURITY SYSTEM training area, we offer advanced combat and tactical courses.
