Operation of a martial arts school for self-defense. We organize regular trainings, courses and seminars (e.g. self-defence against knife attack, defence with a telescopic baton, self-defence courses for women and children).

We operate a school of traditional Kung Fu, a Chinese martial art for health and self-defense originating from the southern Shaolin Monastery. We follow the Hung Gar Kuen style, which is characterized by firm and stable stances, iron forearms and kicks conducted at maximum waist height.

We operate a sports school with judo, jiu-jitsu and self-defense classes. We take part in sports competitions and tournaments. We try to develop in the trainees their all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. Children learn basic movement skills and fall technique.

We offer Chinese martial arts lessons. We teach Taijiquan, Qi Kung and Shaolin Kung Fu.
