Teaching ancient Russian martial art Systema in the Czech Republic, includes all techniques of fighting, such as punches, kicks, working with weapons (knife, stick, whip), fighting on the ground, defense against one or several opponents. Organizing courses of traditional Japanese martial art Kendo. We are the oldest Kendo club in our country and have been practicing Kendo since 1986.
