Develop your aerial skills Since 2012 we have been running aerial and ground aerobatics courses for all levels. Our experienced instructors will teach you the necessary techniques. Courses take place in the fully equipped Nostic Hall of the UK FTVS in Prague. Discover your potential in aerobatics.

Our yoga classes focus on Hatha and Kriya yoga, meditation, pranayama, and spirituality. We help our students discover the depth and meaning of a practice that promotes both physical and mental well-being.

Self-defence courses on offer.

When you practice TAI CHI regularly, it will significantly improve your health, it has a positive impact especially on: calmness, concentration, coping with stressful situations, recharging new energy, relieving pain (back, head, knees, hips), strengthening the immune system.

I provide aqua aerobics, kickboxing, dance and fitness classes for the public. I organize sports wellness events with exercise. Also offer deep aqua aerobics, jogging and relaxation.

We’re Swimmie. We started out as a tiny swimming school, but we’ve grown into something much bigger. We’ve taught hundreds of clients how to swim in the pool—and thousands more online through our educational Instagram account, podcast, and newly launched training app.

We offer basic and advanced self-defense courses. With us you can try all the techniques to the fullest by our instructors. We offer exercises for children.

We offer courses in long and short sword, shield, wrestling, stage and combat fencing. Our students also place great emphasis on physical fitness. We strive to make several levels of training available to attend, from complete beginner to advanced. We organize tournaments.

I offer Tai Chi exercise services for adults and children. I concentrate on 12 Qigong exercises for deep relaxation and full body coordination, pair exercises, seated meditation, health enhancing imagery, breath work and quick self-massage.
