Our goal is to provide proper and mainly comprehensive sports education of children and youth, but also top athletes at amateur or professional level with a focus on combat and combat sports (MMA, BJJ, BOX, THAJSKY BOX, GRAPPLING, WRESTLING, JUDO).

The AIKI School of Self-Defence, founded in 1998. We are based on the knowledge of Master Michal Židlický, who has been training and teaching AIKI for over 30 years. Our vision: the teaching and development of our students is based on mutual cooperation and respect.

I offer Tai-Chi Chuan training courses. I also provide Qigong classes, Tao numerology analysis, astrotype elaboration using ham yu and more.

Offering courses and training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We provide the possibility of individual program or intensive training in the form of short-term seminar.

Offering karate and self-defense courses for children and youth.

I organize individual karate courses, seminars and camps. We participate in competitions.

We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We teach children gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

Offering courses and training in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. We provide the possibility of individual program or intensive training in the form of short-term seminar.

Chinese martial art Taiji (Tai chi) lessons. We also organize multi-day Tai Chi courses combined with a stay in the countryside. We operate in Prague and its surroundings.

We organize a sports club for children and adults focusing on judo. We offer self-defense classes and exercises for parents with children. We participate in judo competitions. We try to develop in the practitioners their all-round mobility, increase physical or mental strength or endurance.

We run a self-defence school. The aim of our school is to bring to those interested in this Chinese martial art a teaching methodology from Hong Kong that teaches students to apply Wing Chun Kung Fu in real street conditions while keeping the body and mind relaxed at all times.

The first official school of martial arts in the Czech Republic, when Petr Khru Machacek first started teaching in 1991 he has trained many world, European and national champions and also the highest number of already famous coaches of famous gyms.

We offer training in the traditional Japanese martial arts of Iaido, Kendo and traditional Karate.

Chinese martial art Taiji (Tai chi). We also organize multi-day Taiji courses combined with a stay in nature. These are outdoor classes.
