We operate a karate and self-defense school. We also offer courses in Japanese and calligraphy.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

Teaching the arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. The first lesson is free of charge. Live and online classes for the public regardless of age.

We offer year round WTF Taekwondo classes for children and adults. We provide ongoing recruitment, summer camps and competition opportunities. Classes are taught by black belt holders.

Operation of the Chinese martial arts school of master Qin Ming Tang. Teaching various styles. Organization of seminars, competitions and courses.

We are engaged in educational activities in the field of Asian martial arts. We provide expert lectures, demonstrations of samurai swords and their use and tea ceremonies. We offer creation and printing of professional publications in this field and their preparation for publication.

We teach Shotokan Karate (JKA) with love, enthusiasm, but also with fighting spirit. Our goal is a friendly atmosphere, mutual respect, but also good results at competitions. Karate is suitable for children and adults of any age, our home locations are Prague 10, Měcholupy and Štěrboholy.

We offer taekwondo club management or taekwondo lessons. We organize continuous recruitment of new members. Classes are for children from 6 to 14 years old and for adults. For new practitioners, there is a specialized beginner's instructional program to introduce them to taekwondo.

Our gym is one of the oldest MMA gyms in the Czech Republic. Its founder Daniel Barták is one of the first pioneers and leading figures of MMA in the Czech Republic. We offer MMA training, BJJ, grappling, Thai boxing and special training for children, both for advanced and complete beginners.

The association is primarily engaged in teaching self-defense and conducting fitness training. Regular classes, private lessons, educational seminars and workshops.
