We are a club dedicated to MMA and Combat SAMBO, a Russian style of fighting and self-defense. We conduct classes for children, youth and adults, men and women, as well as a preparatory class for children from 4 years old. Our students successfully participate in international tournaments as well as European and World Championships.

Year-round TAEKWONDO WTF classes throughout Prague, Korean martial sport for children and adults. Ongoing recruitment, camps, possibility of competitions. Classes are taught by black belt holders. We train at 18 branches.

We offer karate and self-defense training. We run a Fight Art Japanese self-defense group. Regular meditation is an integral part of our training. We practice in small groups where a personal approach is provided.

Aikido is a martial art that develops the physical, mental and spiritual components of the practitioner. It includes training of falls, levers, deflections, entrances and transitions. AIKISPOT is a private dojo, allowing for a one-on-one approach by the sensei (teacher) who is kind but non-judgmental with a focus on complete beginners.

Try our BJJ classes for complete beginners. You will meet people who want to start martial arts just like you. Follow up lessons, effective teaching and a friendly team - all in a refurbished gym with great facilities. There is also a gym for strength training.

We conduct judo and self-defense training for children and youth. We aim to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and stamina. Children will learn basic movement skills, basic gymnastics and acrobatics and fall technique. Our wards participate in competitions all over the country.
