Taekwondo classes are offered. We organize preparatory and conditioning camps and training sessions. We participate in the World, European and Czech championships.

We train the karate shotokan style. Regular participation of our students in the Czech Republic, World Championships and European Championships. International successes. High success rate at international competitions. Martin Hanák - World Champion (2019), World Vice-Champion, European Champion (2018) and European Vice-Champion (2017).

Instructors of Krav Maga (KMG). Instructors of self-defence II. and III. class (MŠMT). Instructors of ESP - Euro Security Products, for civil and armed forces. Martial arts instructors (MŠMT). Fitness trainers for children and youth.

I am a practitioner, massage therapist, therapist, aikido teacher, self-defense teacher and trainer in many programs. I am involved in spiral spinal stabilization, conditioning, restorative and health exercises.

We organize courses focused on learning the martial sport of Aikido. We offer individual or group self-defense lessons for children and adults. We practice boxing, fitboxing, fencing, Tao Taichi, TRX or mixed self-defense. There is a club gym. For children we provide Aikido and Karate courses.
