I am the founder of Aquatics Prague, a swimming coach of the first class and the author of the teaching method Swimming with Plavl and Plavlina, which I have published as a richly illustrated book with funny poems. The book advises not only coaches and parents on how to do it. It teaches children to swim correctly, effectively, playfully and safely.

We offer a wide range of swimming activities for all ages, from babies to seniors. Our goal is to create good swimming habits and skills to help prevent accidents in the water. We specialize in teaching swimming to children in schools and preschools.

We organize swimming and exercise for babies, toddlers and children. Possibility to use steam sauna, whirlpool bath during courses. Parents can take advantage of aqua aerobics classes and individual exercise classes for a healthy back and strengthening of the whole body using a pilates machine.

Organizing swimming classes for infants - in addition to being in the water on your own (10-30 minutes depending on the age of the child), you will learn information about baby handling, massage, breastfeeding, nutrition, psychomotor development and more. We offer swimming for infants, toddlers and children up to 4 years old in a family environment in a salt water pool. The water temperature is between 32 and 34 °C; and the water depth is 120 cm. We carry out regular hygiene checks. We always check the water quality one hour before the start of the course and during the morning and afternoon sessions.

International swimming school. We offer swimming lessons for children 4+ and adults. Group swimming lessons, school swimming, individual lessons and sports camps. We work towards common goals.
