Offering infant swimming classes.

Offering salt water swimming classes for babies, toddlers and children up to 6 years, instructors with accreditation, swim in pools designed for babies. Course includes steam and sauna for parents and children. After the course there is an acclimatisation room where children can stay in the children's corner.

Swimming for infants, babies and parents with children, we provide swimming for nurseries and schools. We offer stays with swimming, sauna and massages in the Czech Republic and around the world. We provide lectures and counselling. We help in healing postpartum traumas and fear of water with individual therapy in water and Experiential Water Seminar.

We organize swimming and exercise for babies, toddlers and children. Possibility to use steam sauna, whirlpool bath during courses. Parents can take advantage of aqua aerobics classes and individual exercise classes for a healthy back and strengthening of the whole body using a pilates machine.

We offer swimming for babies and children aged 6 months to 6 years. We swim in a pool with a water temperature of 32 degrees. Classes are held once a week, the lesson lasts 30 minutes. There are 5 children in a group with a parent. Children are divided into groups according to age, skills and previous swimming experience.

We run swimming classes with children in the pool and babies in the bath. We also offer postpartum exercises for diastasis, pelvic floor and consultations on your child's psychomotor development.

Offering swimming school courses. We provide courses for children from 3 to 12 years old.

Swimming school organizes courses for parents with children from 6 months to 5 years, lessons for children from 4,5 to 15 years or courses for adult non-swimmers, semi-swimmers or swimmers. We provide weekly stays with swimming, skiing and program.

We organize swimming classes for infants, toddlers, preschool and school age children. We place children in groups based on age and experience in the water. Before and after swimming, an acclimatization room with toys, high chairs, potty is prepared for you and your baby.

Dedicated to infant swimming from 5 months and toddler swimming and preschool and school age children. At the same time we organize swimming courses for kindergartens and primary schools. Up to about 10 years of age of the child, swimming courses are also organized in the form of swimming parents with children.
