We’re here for children, adults, and families. We help improve technique, develop competitive performance, and enjoy swimming for health and the joy of movement—in the pool, open water, and triathlons. We’ve been operating in Strahov since 2013, and using our own “Swimming with Plavel and Plavlina” method, we teach people to swim well, fast, and in a fun way.

We operate an indoor swimming pool. We offer swimming lessons for children ages 3 months to 16 years, including infants, children with parents, children without parents, and a swimming club. We organize swimming programs for preschools and schools, as well as lectures, discussions, and counseling sessions. We rent out facilities (swimming pool, hall, playroom, therapy room). The pool is also open for public swimming.

We are a swimming school and club for children and adults. Immerse yourself in our world and swim great. We will teach you to swim fast, well and playfully. We have our own method of Swimming with Plavl and Plavlina. We have been here for you since 2013, originally as Swim Smooth.
