We are a yoga studio. Our goal is to provide a space for public and private yoga classes (vinyasa yoga, slow flow yoga, power yoga, fly yoga, aroma yoga, yin yoga), pilates classes, physio exercises and dance. Space for educational workshops, classes, interesting lectures and weekend yoga retreats.

We offer weekend and weekly yoga classes for beginners and advanced students. For younger, older and seniors. Slow yoga practice, breathing, meditation, relaxation, mantras, chakras. The courses are led by experienced practitioners Zuzana Adamcová and Alena Nováková.

Operation of fitness studio. Offer of step aerobics, slide aerobics, large balloon exercise, health exercise, bosu, power yoga and children's aerobics classes. We also provide exercise with balls, dumbbells, expanders and elastic bands or triple combination exercises. We also run movement training classes for children.

The center offers continuous pregnancy care, massage, Zen shiatsu, craniosacral biodynamics, yoga, and space rental.

I offer organization of group yoga classes (for adults, children or pregnant women) in the client's premises or outdoors.

I offer a holistic approach to yoga and therapy, combining mindful movement, breathwork, and therapeutic techniques. I create a safe space for personal growth and a deeper understanding of oneself, whether through individual therapy sessions or regular yoga classes.

I offer Hatha yoga classes using props. We conduct guided dark therapy sessions in private dark rooms in the Feng Shui garden.
