Our goal is to provide a space for public and private yoga classes (vinyasa yoga, slow flow yoga, power yoga, fly yoga, aroma yoga, yin yoga), pilates classes, physio exercises and dance. Space for educational workshops, classes, interesting lectures and weekend yoga retreats.

I offer organization of group yoga classes (for adults, children or pregnant women) in the client's premises or outdoors.

The center offers continuous pregnancy care, massage, Zen shiatsu, craniosacral biodynamics, yoga, and space rental.

Offering Hatha yoga classes with equipment, pregnancy and partner yoga. I run a homeopathic clinic.

We offer a holistic approach to yoga and therapy, combining mindful movement, breath and therapeutic techniques. We create a safe space for personal development and a deeper understanding of self, whether through individual therapy or regular yoga classes.

We offer Hatha Yoga classes that include concentration and relaxation. We also teach meditation and offer a members area for home practice. Our classes adapt to the current needs of our clients and help us all deepen our inner practice. We are happy to guide you through the journey of yoga.
