I offer individual and group classes in hatha, vinyasa, yin and therapeutic yoga with an Ayurvedic twist. I connect breath, conscious movement and inner experience. We offer Hatha Yoga and Yoga Gymnastics classes. We are an organization with 50 years of tradition and a team of quality practitioners. In addition to exercise, we organize group outings, yoga weekends and other club activities.
