We are a yoga studio in the heart of Vinohrady. Everyone with a genuine interest in yoga practice will find their yoga background in our cosy environment, whether through open classes or (not only) weekend stays, which are open to everyone. We also offer the opportunity to attend a yoga school accredited by the Ministry of Education.

Innyoga is a yoga studio in the center of Prague (Nové Město). We offer Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga classes, yoga for a healthy back, morning yoga with stretching, Reformer workouts, and beginner courses. Classes are taught in Russian, English, and Czech in a friendly atmosphere.

We offer yoga courses. Here you can start or deepen your yoga knowledge and skills or learn more about modern or traditional ways of personal development, yoga philosophy and meditation, or simply come and practice.
