I offer tantra yoga classes for all ages. I hold full and half day workshops and individual therapy sessions.

I am a yoga and gravidjoga teacher of the 1st degree. I offer exercise for pregnant women, yoga after childbirth, courses of gravid yoga and yoga after childbirth for teachers and helping professions , services of a doula, massage for pregnant women, massage before childbirth to stimulate labor, spinning babies. I offer relaxation recordings and exercise videos.
