I guide people back to themselves through yoga, mindful and functional movement with overlap, meditation, cacao ceremonies and rituals of conscious touch. I create a kind and safe space for relaxation, calming and deeper connection with self. I offer group classes, workshops, retreats and individual guidance.

I teach private lessons and classes in several studios in Beroun, Prague, Černošice and Dobřichovice.
