In our studio we focus on yoga as a path to self-discovery and mental well-being. We offer a variety of classes for all ages from beginners to seniors. We practice therapeutic yoga, yoga for teens and open classes to promote harmony of body and mind.

You can get acquainted with the yoga method named after the world-famous Indian teacher B. K. S. Iyengar (1918 - 2014) under the guidance of certitified lecturer Sylvia Barášková. You can also choose from an assortment of yoga tools, decorations or jewellery, mala and bracelets.

My lessons are focused on self-awareness, here and now. Yoga is a lifelong study for me, there is always something to discover in myself.
