Offering sports and movement training for children and young people, karate training. We run prep classes for children aged 5 to 8, karate for adults and spiral spinal stabilization exercises.

The Hockey School regularly organizes individual training sessions, one-day camps or week-long hockey camps at the Pouzar Hockey Centre to improve the all-round skills of young hockey players. Lessons are led by recognized hockey experts who use modern teaching methods of the Russian Hockey School.
