We offer modern dynamic exercises in a heated room - hot yoga, 90 minute program - 26 Hatha Yoga positions and two breathing exercises. Each pose systematically prepares the body for the next pose and the order never changes. This method stimulates all systems of the human body.

I provide white water rafting and white water rafting for 4 to 60 people. I am involved in white water rafting and artificial slalom rafting. I offer river rafting and organize school and corporate events on rivers. All between April and October, always under the guidance of professionally trained instructors.

We are passionate sports enthusiasts who have been running an aerobic club for children since 2006. We offer a wide range of sporting activities and suburban camps that promote exercise and fun. Our goal is to provide a space for all children to compete and enjoy movement.

We run zumba classes.

We run a surf school. We will teach you and your children to surf under the guidance of licensed instructors. We provide accommodation and meals. We focus on surfing lessons in the Portuguese Algarve protected area and in southern Morocco. We offer surf camps for individuals, couples, groups and families.
