We offer methodical and training support for swimming that you can use at any time. Our cutting-edge videos, sample workouts and Happy Swim® FIT program help everyone improve their swimming. We teach swimming with empathy and expertise because we know that everyone learns differently.

We provide indoor and outdoor climbing courses. We offer skialps, via ferrata, bouldering and climbing courses for beginners and advanced on artificial wall, rock and ice. Climbing with babysitting is possible. We organize events for children and youth including summer climbing camps and a climbing club.

Offering exercise, massage and weekend seminars.

We offer coaching licenses for instructors/coaches of wushu, qigong, taiji, taichi. We incorporate current knowledge in the field of physiotherapy into the content. Our courses include the martial aspect of exercise as well as health cultivation, you can choose according to your inclination.

We organize martial arts and judo classes.

The tennis school offers year-round tennis courses for children in the place of residence: for preschoolers 4 - 6 years, for primary school children 6 - 10 years, for girls and boys 10 - 15 years. In summer we organize suburban camps and courses for adults. Children are taught by CTS and FTVS coaches, proven by long-term cooperation in our school.

Offering classes and private lessons focusing on karate and martial arts.

We offer complete services for martial arts, as well as for self-defense and other fitness exercises.

Tennis school operating since 1990 - for children, students, adults and whole families. Lessons are offered year round individually or in groups of 2 to 4 players. We organize tennis courses. The tennis hall is available to rent individually for your game.

Offering yoga courses. We work with your thought and awareness, breath. We provide physical exercises, relaxation or use of sexual energy. In our club we practice yoga gymnastics, hatha yoga, rental, relaxation, bandhas and mudras. We practice in groups and in a friendly spirit. We bring you relaxation.

We run a beach volleyball school. Our vision is to transfer the proven methods of training children and youth from indoor (six-a-side) volleyball to beach volleyball. Courts are available for rent.

We are proud of our success in taekwondo, where our competitors have won medals at prestigious tournaments such as the European Championships and World Championships. We offer training and coaching for athletes, focusing on para poomsae and other disciplines to support the growth and performance of our members.

Offering tennis lessons for advanced and beginners. We also provide lessons for foreigners conducted in English. Courses are also suitable for children. Training is done in small groups or individually. We provide advice on tennis, sports and additional services.
