I am a Nordic Walking instructor with accreditation from the Ministry of Education and Science. I am a guide for daily healthy movement, healthy diet and holistic approach. I offer individual or group courses in the basics of Nordic Walking, as well as regular lessons every week.

I specialize in aerobic exercise classes. I offer bodystyling, step aerobics and body training. I organize events for the public. I also provide training in Dance aerobics specialization for the Czech Aerobics and Fitness Association and also act as a judge for regional aerobics competitions.
