We run a ski school. We want to teach skiing differently than in commercial schools in winter resorts. We've been to the World Cup, we've been to the Olympics. We want to pass on what we've learned with top athletes to normal people who have ambitions to get into skiing.

We organize swimming courses for schools and the public. Courses are designed for beginners from 3 to 8 years, advanced from 5 to 12 years and for adults from 15 years.

Nordic walking - fitness walking. Courses of healthy walking with Nordic walking sticks, advice for the right choice of sticks. Healthy cardiofitness walking combined with movement in nature. Services of a certified Nordic walking instructor.

Our work focuses on the correct positioning of the goalkeeper at the bar, optimal depth of positioning, the correct choice of interventions and playing situations. This includes complete catching technique on the ice and on dry land. We place great emphasis on compensatory exercises and encourage the formation of healthy habits.
