I teach women self-love, effective communication in partner relationships, and use a simple method of finding faulty emotional programs to help my clients shift their minds from a negative to a positive frame of mind.

The antenatal course is designed for expectant mothers after the 24th week of pregnancy, preferably in the last trimester. The course is also for dads who want to be an attendant at the birth. The aim of the classes is to prepare expectant parents as much as possible for the birth and the period of the first months with the baby.

We organize signing classes for little ones, seminars for parents of young children.
