We offer piece and serial production of sheet metal and machined parts including assembly, surface treatment and transport. We offer products made of a wide range of materials according to your specifications for the following areas: house and garden, electrical and mechanical industry, trade, shop, warehouse, health care and agriculture.

We deal with metalworking. We do turning, milling, round grinding, flat grinding, hole grinding, SIP boring, CNC machining with powered tools. We manufacture jigs and small single purpose machines.

We are engaged in the custom manufacture of metal pallets for the transportation of gas cylinders and metal structures in large and small batches.

We are a metal fabrication business specialising in welded assemblies, we specialise in fabricating and manufacturing large parts up to a total weight of 40 tonnes. We develop, design, engineer and assemble finished assemblies to the highest international standards.

I perform turning and milling work or drilling, sharpening and repair of cutting tools. I manufacture drilling jigs or sheet metal components.

Implementation of metalworking works.

We provide small and large batch metalworking of precision parts on automatic lathes and CNC machines from 2 to 40 mm diameter (#35) turning lengths up to 90 mm (CNC up to 160 mm diameter, turning lengths up to 400 mm). Thread rolling up to M24, milling and grinding.

We cut both stainless steel up to 150mm and regular steel up to 300mm thick - waterjet, plasma, saw and laser. For these cuttings we offer further processing on a bending press, MIG, MAG, MMA, TIG welding. Surface finishing from grinding through wet grinding in a large capacity machine 10-30kg of products per load.

I am involved in metalworking and fine mechanics.

Flat grinding and shape grinding. We are engaged in small-lot and custom grinding of materials using classical technologies while keeping production costs to a minimum.
