We are a small organic dairy farm with our own milk processing for a variety of cheeses and dairy products. We breed Jersey and Brown Swiss cows. The milk from these cows is exceptional. We use it to make a variety of cheeses, yogurts, cottage cheese and cheesecakes.

During the summer months, we also have a small café on the farm where you can sample all of our farm products. And while enjoying a cup of coffee or some homemade lemonade, soak up the atmosphere of our little farm in the Jeseníky Mountains.

We are a small family farm farming sustainably, organically and with an emphasis on taking care of the land and landscape. We are part of the KPZcoalition - a community supported farmer. We are a demonstration permaculture farm farming just under 4ha. Our journey is about returning health and strength to the soil and landscape we live in.

We specialise in Suffolk and native Welsh sheep and Hereford cattle breeding. The core business is both the production of breeding stock and the production of quality beef and lamb.
