Since 2019, when we opened our brewery, we have been brewing beer using traditional brewing methods with quality ingredients. You will find light, semi-dark and top-fermented beers of various beer styles. In addition to good beer, you can bowl or sit in our garden.

We run a microbrewery.

We brew beer exclusively from Czech ingredients. Malt from the Kroměříž region and Žatecký hops give our beer the best taste and quality. We produce beer using the craft process with fermentation in open vats. We produce unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with all the health benefits and traditional taste.

We run a brewery. We offer traditional regional beers. You can buy our beers in our brewery or have them delivered to your home, just order on the web.

We brew live and healthy beer of all beer styles according to original recipes. We match our beers with food in a pub set in a country setting. In the summer we have an open beer garden in the homey setting of a former farm yard. We welcome families with children, dogs and cyclists. Bicycles can be placed in the garden.

An extraordinary complex of a progressive craft brewery, craft beer, restaurant and summer garden. On-site beer and takeaway steins for sale and the opportunity for tours of the brewery cellars and stein-making exhibition.

The brewery restaurant is located in the historical premises under the cross vaults. The heart of the operation is the taproom with 6 taps, where you can taste our traditional lagers and specials. We brew with an emphasis on regional ingredients, and not only from tvarůžky. For your corporate or private events we have a lounge for 35 people.

Operation of the microbrewery.

Our pidipivovar started its operation on 20.02.2020 in a family house. The quality of the home brewed beer is supervised by the feathered patron of the brewery, the eared kalous, which settled on the walnut tree above the brewery.

Our brewery specializes in the production of craft beers. We explore flavors with different hops and malts, which gives our beverages uniqueness and character.

We operate a craft brewery specializing in bottom-fermented beers (lagers and IPLs). We organize group tours and beer tastings. Regulars:Saddleback 11%, Saddleback 12%, Fortuna Major IPL, Friends of the Hawaiian Coast IPA. Occasionally: McHugo-Ale, Kill Bill-IPL, Mariska-APA.
