We have been brewing craft beer since 2014. We started out as homebrewers and now occupy a First Republic factory where we brew the beer we want to drink ourselves. We believe you will like it too. Taste it, stop by our brewpub.

We operate a family brewery. We organize brewery tours and tastings of our beers. We also offer tours of the historic mill with preserved original mill technology. We rent the space for corporate and private events. We offer wedding ceremonies and parties in one location.

The brewery is the first national brewery in the Republic of Ovipistan. It focuses mainly on bitter bottom-fermented beers. The brewery has a tasting room.

We operate a microbrewery.

Beer has been brewed here for more than 500 years. However, this tradition was interrupted just after the war in 1949. We are loosely following this tradition and in the spring of 2022, we will once again have great beer - both traditional and modern 21st century beer - after 73 years.

Beer was brewed in the picturesque surroundings below the fortress as early as the middle of the 16th century. We are thus continuing a more than four hundred year tradition of brewing in the village. We brew using the original method without filtration and pasteurization, using only original brewing ingredients. The portfolio includes bottom-fermented and top-fermented beers.

The brewery was built in the former laundry room of a family house, located near the historic center of Cologne. The brewery offers mainly bottom-fermented beers, but the offer also includes wheat beer and India Pale Ale. Beer collection is possible by prior telephone arrangement directly at the brewery.

We are bros from a village in the Polabí region where everyone has to know how to fix a bike, mix concrete, kick a fichtl and shoot an air rifle. Vojta is a brewer, a former homebrew guy and at that time a philute. Tomas is an architect and motivator. There's only one thing in the world we like better than a lazy life in the country. We offer a pleasant seating in the mini-hop room, an outdoor bar in front of the brewery full of fresh beer, lemonade, singlemalt whisky and a little something to eat.
