We brew Golden Gourmet, Gentle Gourmet, Dark Gourmet and Wheat Gourmet beers according to original recipes and let them age honestly, as they were aged back then, without preservatives or filtration. Tours of the brewery with tasting and refreshments are available. Possibility of sitting.

Brewery Operations.

Operation of a brewery restaurant. Beer is tapped from a tap room connected directly to the brewery's lager tanks. The beer hall located on the ground floor has a capacity of 80 people. On the 1st floor it provides seating for 90 people with the possibility of connecting the premises with a conference hall.

The brewery is located in the building of the Čížov chateau and sells Czech Pilsner-type beer. The beer is filled into 15 l, 20 l, 30 l and 50 l KEG kegs, 1.5 l PET bottles are also available. The beers on tap are 10° PEPA light lager, 11° JOSEF light lager, 12° OLAF light lager.

We produce Pilsner Urquell, Gambrinus, Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel beers. We offer Primus, Phoenix and Master beers. We also produce non-alcoholic beer Birell and sparkling alcoholic drink Frisco.

We are engaged in the production of beer, construction of small breweries (restaurant, home, small industrial), supply of accessories and basic raw materials (malts, hops, water treatment). We offer advice and training in brewing, advice in beer treatment and tapping.
