We run a family brewery. We offer bottom fermented beers: Zlaták 11° and Turbo 12° light, Rytíř 12° dark, Kaple 14° honey. Top-fermented: Garnet 18° and Motejl 11°. The beer is live, unpasteurised and unfiltered, brewed in the historic baroque building of the brewery. The brewery can be toured.

The brewery produces both lagers and top-fermented ales. The brewery includes a restaurant with a summer garden on the square and a guesthouse. You can taste Falkenštejn beer not only in our beer hall, but also in many other places in the region.

Kocour beer production. Our restaurant focuses primarily on Czech cuisine. We use our own vegetables, meat. During the year we organize various events, concerts, weddings, corporate parties, family celebrations and private parties. We offer the possibility of stylish accommodation in Vagon, in summer you can use the terrace.

The flagship of the brewery is the Nordic lager, which is complemented by Nordic APA and wheat. In addition, throughout the year you can look forward to specials such as the Nine, the Autumn IPA and the Winter Special.

This is the first ever craft mini brewery in the traditional town of glass, in the picturesque foothills of the Lusatian Mountains. Under the supervision of an experienced brewer, we brew unfiltered and unpasteurized top and bottom fermented beers - lagers.

The complex with its own production and sale of bottom-fermented beers, the complex also includes the Sladovna restaurant and the Kleis hotel, a craft bakery and a confectionery.
