We are engaged in the production of fruit spirits. Intake of fruit and yeasts. We accept cherries, blooms, pins, apples, pears, plums. Fruit can be plucked or fallen. It must be ripe but not rotten. The stems must be removed.

Operation of a grower's distillery. We offer measurement of sugar content of the ferment, dilution of the burnt spirit to 50% spirit, refinement, venting. and aging of distillate by ultrasound. Possibility to purchase additional assortment (yeast, enzymes, nutrient salts, fermentation plugs).
