Production of kvass and cider. For those who make their own kvass, we supply quality yeast. We will measure the amount of sugar in the kvass for free and consult the date of the fermentation. We sell distilled water for diluting spirits or for other uses, e.g. for batteries, irons.

We operate a growing distillery. Offers processing of imported kvass as well as receiving fruit for processing in pooled kvasses.

In our distillery, we focus on the production of quality home-made spirits from your own fruit kvass. You can take part in the entire distillation process and taste the resulting spirit. We offer brandies made from plums, cherries, peaches and other traditional fruits. We care about the tradition of two-stage distillation.

We do things the old-fashioned way. The basis is gentle beekeeping and original recipes. The delicious taste is created with the help of wine yeast and six weeks of fermentation.

We offer fruit fermentation in a three-storey distillation column. We sell specialist literature, yeasts, fruit essences, spirit meters, sugar meters, decorative bottles and glasses. You can also find labels, corks, demijohns and other tools.
