The distillery is a small fruit distillery that produces real fruit spirits primarily from fruit supplied by the grower in what is known as a grower distillation system. By appointment, a tour of our distillery can be arranged, which is combined with expert commentary, refreshments and tasting.

Operation of a distillery. We provide a comprehensive service to fruit growers, from fruit processing to the curling and delivery of the finished product. The product range includes a selection of fruit spirits. Possibility of storage of ferment with fermentation control.

A small-scale distillery. We distill fruit mash using a wood-fired, two-pot copper still—producing slivovitz, pear brandy, apple brandy, and others. We evaluate the mash before distillation, offer advice on preparation if needed, and dilute the spirit to the agreed-upon strength or to taste. Appointments are made by phone.
