We are a small natural winery, farming 4.5 ha of vineyards. Since November 2018 we have been certified organic, so we do not use any chemicals in the treatment of the vineyards, except for environmentally friendly means for organic farming. We use the individual exposures that the Lácary, Padělek and Skalka vineyards have.

We deal with controlled fermentation and cooling of wine. Controlled fermentation is a modern and practice-proven technology used to produce aromatic and harmonious wines of white varieties. This method of controlled fermentation results in wines with a higher total alcohol content.
