We produce and sell yogurt and other products made from fresh whole milk. RODOPI yoghurt is made according to the original Bulgarian recipe and contains Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus bacteria. It is distinguished by its specific, pleasantly lactic acid taste and lasts for at least 20 days.
The mini dairy is part of a family farm specialising in cattle, pigs, sheep and crops. From home-made milk we produce yoghurt, yoghurt drinks, kefir, cheese (steamed - cordial, mozzarella, fresh and ripened), spreads and sweet treats.
