We produce and sell yoghurt and other products made from fresh whole milk. Our yoghurt is made according to the original Bulgarian recipe and contains the bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. It is distinguished by its specific, pleasantly lactic acid taste and lasts for at least 20 days.
We are engaged in the production and sale of steamed, smoked, moulded, processed and semi-hard cheeses. We supply buckets, twists, braids, strings, bryndza, cheese trimmings and spears. We load the goods by our own delivery.
We specialize in the production of processed and blue cheeses, dairy desserts for children, and Slovak specialties. The company’s plants in Přibyslav and Hodonín are among the most modern facilities, and thanks to their high standards of hygiene and production quality, they have become leading producers of dairy specialties.
We are engaged in crop and livestock production. We bake traditional breads and other bakery products, make cheese and curd in our mini-dairy. We breed Montbeliarde heifers and pigs. We offer the possibility of organising a slaughter in the premises of our farm. We produce pellets from hay, straw and alfalfa.
Breeding of dairy and Kashmiri goats. Production of goat cheese with flavours, cottage cheese and goat cream cheese. We offer dessert cheese, Eidam, Jadel and korbáčiky.
