We are engaged in the production and sale of sausages and meat. We offer gothaj salami, liver sausage, Hungarian and ham sausages, smoked pork belly, light and dark pork sausage, meatloaf, smoked roast, Vienna sausages, cheese sausages, smoked pork knuckle. We also sell pork leg, roast and shoulder, ground mix and beef.

We offer grower distillation and processing of home-made yeasts. We also process imported fruit and establish fermentations for individual customers. It is possible to bring in fruit (in crates, bags) and we put the ferment in our barrels, each customer individually, the barrel is marked with a name tag.

We offer around 50 types of products. Taste our bread, regular and fine pastries. Newly we produce flax bread with high content of Omega 3 fatty acids.

We operate a brewery with a cellar. We serve tank beer Domažlická 10 and Domažlická 12. The capacity of the pub is 130 people and there is a lounge with 40 seats. We offer cold cuts, cheeses, gins, rums, lemonades and ciders.

We specialise in the sale of bakery and confectionery products. We provide baking to order. You will find here lids, bulky, dalamans, viennoiserie, croissants, cornflakes, baguettes, crispbreads, brioche, peelings, pretzels, pancakes, braids, buns and other baked goods.

We produce and sell Kladruby dumplings.

We are a small family dumpling factory, especially blueberry dumplings. However, people can also buy bun dumplings here. We take care of the quality of the ingredients and every single dumpling is made with care and love. We are slowly trying to expand our range to include more blueberry goodies.
