We run a university providing studies in eight faculties of humanities, science, education, law and sports.

We provide over 600 combined courses in a wide range of humanities, social sciences, linguistics and arts. We offer distance and full-time study and the possibility of study abroad. We build an open space for discussion and encourage creative thinking.

We prepare divines for their priestly ministry. We offer studies in additional bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs. We also implement lifelong learning.

Offering studies in physical education and sport teaching, physiotherapy, recreation, community protection and sport management and coaching. Also basic problems of human motor skills, their diagnosis, development and improvement. We implement a doctoral programme in kinanthropology.

We provide training for teachers and other educational staff for various types of kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, or educational and training institutions. We also focus on the training of staff in the field of state and local government.

We provide accredited undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate degree programs in law. We have four accredited degree programs which are law and legal studies, legal specialization, European studies and theoretical legal studies.

We offer education in the fields of nursing, rehabilitation, dentistry, general medicine, economics, management and specialization in health care. We also provide 22 doctoral degree programs in both Czech and English.

Our faculty provide education in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, geography or ecology. We also prepare secondary school teachers in these fields. We offer bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees.

We run a digital innovation hub focused on innovation in healthcare, a focal point with support services for small and medium-sized companies. We are a science and technology park ensuring the protection and commercialisation of university intellectual property. We provide a shared workspace for independent professionals.

The faculty provides teaching for bachelor and master studies in general nursing, midwifery, physiotherapy and radiology assistant.
