The department provides capital construction. It consists of a department for the preparation and implementation of investment projects and a department for technical and economic management. It also carries out interim and final checks on the eligibility of the earmarked use of subsidies and statistical reporting and evaluation of investment projects.

Ensuring the operation and functionality of computer technology, expansion and renewal of information and communication technologies of the office. Data archiving and backup, including preparation and implementation of public contracts.
