Mammography is a basic imaging examination of the breast gland, which is performed on special equipment using so-called "soft X-rays" to better show the tissues that make up the breast.

We operate a clinical dietetics department. We provide individual diet plans for patients with complicated diseases. We provide individual and group patient education on nutrition issues. We provide anthropometric examinations and dietary checks on inpatient wards.

We operate a transfusion department. We manufacture transfusion products and perform routine laboratory investigations. We provide collection and testing of blood and blood components from donors or patients prior to surgery. We maintain a register of donors of rare blood groups.

PET/CT is a modern technique using two methods within one machine - computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography (PET). A prerequisite for performing the procedure is the administration of a radioactive substance and possible administration of an iodine contrast agent as well as the administration of an aqueous solution of the contrast agent by mouth.
