We provide primary, specialty and dispensary care with differentiated diagnoses. We participate in teaching students of the medical faculty of Masaryk University and in undergraduate and postgraduate education of doctors. We work on the implementation of new diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

It provides some highly specialised examinations, mainly focusing on inherited metabolic disorders and cancer patients. The examinations are carried out not only for the needs of patients from the whole Children's Hospital, but also for the wider Brno and Moravia region.

We provide anesthesia, resuscitation and intensive care services to pediatric patients. We specialize in neonatal anesthesia. We organize educational events.

Urgent admission admitting patients with impending acute failure.

We provide comprehensive analytical, clinical, educational and research services. We perform routine, specialty and statim biochemical testing for inpatient and outpatient clinic areas. We organize professional and educational lectures and events. We publish articles and publications.

The outpatient clinic is for long term monitoring or diagnosis and treatment of mobile elderly patients.

We provide diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic, depistage and dispensary care for patients with diseases of hematopoietic organs and blood. We cooperate closely with the Internal Haemato-Oncology Clinic and the Department of Paediatric Oncology.
