The headquarters performs state administration on the territory of the Pilsen Region and is competent for natural and legal persons residing on this territory. Prepares technical specialists and managers in five-year master's degree programmes: military electrical technology, military mechanical technology (which includes 17 attractive specialisations - e.g. aerospace and ground engineering) and cyber security.

The faculty offers bachelor and master studies. We have departments of epidemiology, military health organization, radiobiology, war surgery, toxicology, war internal medicine, military hygiene, public health, general medicine and emergency medicine.

We provide police protection of designated military installations, military material and other state property, protection and escort of the Minister of Defence and protection of dedicated military transport aircraft for the transport of constitutional officials and military installations.
