The university provides structured higher education in the following types of study: bachelor's (3-4 years, B.Sc. or B.A. degree), master's (1.5-2 years, Ing., Ing. arch. or MgA. degree) and doctoral (3-4 years, Ph.D. degree), in the form of full-time or combined study.

The study programme is aimed at acquiring the necessary theoretical, professional and practical knowledge in the field of civil engineering. The teaching focuses on structural work, design and measurement work, construction implementation, quality and performance testing of construction works including their components.

The faculty offers master's, bachelor's and doctoral degree programs with a focus on electrical, electronics, communications and control engineering. It focuses on a spectrum of scientific areas such as robotics, biomedical engineering, power electronics and electrical engineering and others.

The institute focuses on the creation of the residential environment - from urban planning to interiors. The bachelor's degree program is focused on the design of elementary types of residential construction. In the Master's degree programme, the interest is focused on the design of larger urban structures.
