The institute provides bachelor, master and doctoral studies in the fields of energy or fluid engineering, thermomechanics and environmental engineering. Courses in thermomechanics and hydromechanics are mandatory for all students of the faculty.

The institute provides teaching in the fields of Construction Realization, Construction Management and Construction Materials Engineering. It is focused on the areas of construction process technology, construction machinery and mechanisation in construction, pre-production and production preparation of construction, planning and management of construction implementation.

The Institute is engaged in aviation education, research and testing of aircraft and aviation technology. The Institute offers two courses in Aircraft Construction and Aircraft Operations. The Institute also offers a three-year professional bachelor's degree in Professional Pilot.

Offer of foreign language courses with possibilities of professional specialization. We provide courses in Russian, German and Spanish. We focus on research in the fields of linguistics and teaching professional English. We use electronic texts, multimedia language classrooms, interactive whiteboards, video and audio programs.

The field of study has applications in the production of synthetic materials, plastics processing, production of compounds and composites. We focus on the development of new ceramic, polymeric or composite materials for applications in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, construction and medicine.

The laboratory is engaged in research and development activities in the field of engineering and metallurgy.

The Institute is involved in teaching courses in the Bachelor of Chemistry and Food Technology programme. Within this programme, it offers the study programme Biotechnology and Food Chemistry. Students have the option of continuing on to a follow-up Master's degree programme. The Institute also provides a PhD programme.

Teaching of mathematical subjects and descriptive geometry. Focus on mathematical methods in economics, applied mathematics, time series, numerical methods, operations research. We offer continuing education courses, spring entrance exam preparation courses, and tutoring.

Teaching in numerical methods, applied mathematics, metrology, measurement methods and experimental, applied electrical and electronic engineering. The research project deals with the extraction, storage and optimal use of energy, in particular from renewable sources.

The studio is equipped for teaching graphic design and drawing. Focusing on the creative possibilities of individual talent.
