Operation of a judo sports club for children and youth. We participate in tournaments and competitions. We organize sports events and summer camps.
The course for beginners is aimed at developing the correct movements to use in basic self-defence. The training is conducted in a traditional manner, where emphasis is placed on strengthening and stretching the body, self-defense techniques of basic defensive and offensive application.
