Pohodová parta lidí se skvělým Si-fu,kde není problém začít úplně od základů nebo v pokročilých a pokračovat v rozvoji. Jde o bojové umění, takže údery nemusí být vždy tím hlavním o co jde... Každopádně stojí za to vyzkoušet a vydat se na cestu...☯️

Do akademie chodím spolu s 12letým synem. Jsme zde velmi spokojeni. Trénink je komplexní. Jednak zaměřený na protažení a posílení potřebných svalových skupin a poté samozřejmě na trénink samotného bojového umění. Doporučuji všem, kteří chtějí, aby se jejich dítě bylo schopno ubránit případnému fyzickému násilí.
