I offer courses, seminars and individual lessons in Tai Chi and Qigong, harmonization exercises leading to better fitness, health and longevity. I also provide shiatsu, a Japanese type of therapy to improve vitality.

In our club we teach the traditional form of Pekiti Tirsia Kali and the modern variant Armadong Kali. We offer a comprehensive system of self-defense that combines techniques with life philosophy. Our training helps to improve health and prepare for real life situations. Come and try it out.

Operation of a Japanese martial arts school Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu containing 6 schools of Samurai skills and 3 schools of Ninjutsu. Teaching takes place in individual dojo throughout the country.

We are engaged in judo and self-defense training. We run a judo school at the kindergarten. Currently we have more than 500 members. We train in 22 teams.

We offer Taichi (Taichi) and Qigong (Qigong) exercises for beginners, women and men for strong health and self-defense skills. Training 2 - 3 times a week, weekend seminars, camps and retreats. Taichi training for children.

We run a self-defence school. The aim of our school is to bring to those interested in this Chinese martial art a teaching methodology from Hong Kong that teaches students to apply Wing Chun Kung Fu in real street conditions while keeping the body and mind relaxed at all times.

We organize leisure activities and entertainment programs for children and adults. We also provide sports and art classes including swimming, exercise, aerobics, judo, sports gymnastics, golf, crosscore, skating or skiing. We offer family stays and organize cultural events.

Operation of aikido club. Training is conducted by Martin Janicek, holder of the 3rd dan, or Martin Hawiger, holder of the 2nd dan. We regularly recruit new members once a year. We organize various internships, summer schools and other events.

We offer training in the traditional Japanese martial arts of Iaido, Kendo and traditional Karate.
