We train in the martial art of Aikido, which works as an excellent self-defense and a path of personal development. Training is available for ages 8 to 115. Its goal is not destruction but finding harmony.

We run a sports club focused on the Japanese martial art Aikido. We teach Aikido to be functional and useful for life as it is. Our classes include instruction with weapons. You can come to us to practice and learn about our concept of Aikido. We accept new members from 14 to 99 years old (guys 40+ are welcome).

We run a sports club focusing on karate. We prepare three training groups including recruitment. Training includes Shotokan style karate classes, sport karate classes, self-defense classes and supplementary exercises. We organize various seminars on karate, competitions and matches in this sport. We accept new members.

The sports club offers judo and aikido training. We teach children basic movement skills and coordination of movements, teach them the basics of morality and good manners. We offer training 2 to 3 times a week, competitions several times a month, training camps throughout the year and summer camps.

Karate lessons for children, youth and adults. In addition to teaching self-defense, the training is also designed to develop the moral level of the individual. Karate has five guiding principles: striving for perfection of character, loyalty, faithfulness and reliability, healthy effort, consideration for others, and renunciation of violence.

We run a school of Kobudo martial arts and traditional Japanese Shiatsu massage. We organize sports courses or training for children, teenagers and adults.

We organize a sports club for children and youth focused on judo and self-defense training. We participate in judo tournaments and competitions. We try to develop in the trainees their all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength and endurance. Children learn basic movement skills and fall technique.

Since April 1995 the club has been teaching three Japanese martial arts - kendo, iaido (the way of the sword) and judo (the way of the stick). All three arts are suitable for boys/men and girls/women. Kendo can be started from the age of 6, Iaido and/or Jodo can be started from about 10-12.

Joy, movement, art, all-round development, balance in the hustle and bustle of the big city, constructive conflict resolution, recharging... all this and much more is aikido.

Our goal is to create conditions for active leisure time of children, youth and adults - by offering attractive movement activities of competitive and non-competitive character.

Judo for children 4 years and up. We train in Čelákovice, Dolní Počernice and Klánovice. We offer judo lessons, club events and tournaments.
