Lifetime Taekwondo School is recruiting boys and girls ages 9 to 16 for its ITF Taekwondo club in Zlín and Horní Lhota. We focus on safely building self-confidence, discipline, and the basics of self-defense in a friendly group setting. First month free.

The course for beginners is aimed at developing the correct movements to use in basic self-defence. The training is conducted in a traditional manner, where emphasis is placed on strengthening and stretching the body, self-defense techniques of basic defensive and offensive application.

Teaching Zhong Yuan Qigong (qigong) - the Chinese art for health and longevity. Declassified techniques for regeneration and self-healing, energy replenishment, stress relief. Techniques can be practiced in everyday life, regardless of current health, fitness, space. Without long sets and difficult postures.

Aikido, a martial art for children, teens, and adults. Those interested can sign up for the children’s group (ages 5 and up) or the group for teens (ages 12 and up) and adults. Enrollment takes place mainly in September, but you can sign up throughout the year.
