We teach the Korean martial art of self-defense taekwondo itf. The main task is to pass on this martial art to all who are interested in it. We try to pass on the moral principles and ideas that the founder, General Choi Hong-hi, considered important even today.
Operation of aikido club. Training is conducted by Martin Janicek, holder of the 3rd dan, or Martin Hawiger, holder of the 2nd dan. We regularly recruit new members once a year. We organize various internships, summer schools and other events.
Teaching Zhong Yuan Qigong (qigong) - the Chinese art for health and longevity. Declassified techniques for regeneration and self-healing, energy replenishment, stress relief. Techniques can be practiced in everyday life, regardless of current health, fitness, space. Without long sets and difficult postures.
The course for beginners is aimed at developing the correct movements to use in basic self-defence. The training is conducted in a traditional manner, where emphasis is placed on strengthening and stretching the body, self-defense techniques of basic defensive and offensive application.
Since April 1995 the club has been teaching three Japanese martial arts - kendo, iaido (the way of the sword) and judo (the way of the stick). All three arts are suitable for boys/men and girls/women. Kendo can be started from the age of 6, Iaido and/or Jodo can be started from about 10-12.
Operation of a sports and exercise studio focused on group and individual lessons. The offer includes Pilates, yoga, HIIT, tabata, dance and fitness exercises, training for children and rehabilitation programs promoting health and fitness.
Operation of the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu school of Japanese martial arts containing 6 schools of Samurai skills and 3 schools of Ninjutsu. Teaching takes place in individual dojo throughout the country.
